ioMoVo is built for organizations that cannot afford to lose control of their content. The platform runs where you need it: on our managed cloud, inside your own cloud tenant, in your data center, or fully air gapped. This page explains how we protect your data, where we stand on SOC 2 and FedRAMP, and how agencies can request our security documentation.
We are preparing ioMoVo for Government for FedRAMP 20x Class B, the class that replaces FedRAMP Low. It is a dedicated offering on Microsoft Azure Government, separate from our commercial service, and every AI capability in it runs on self hosted models inside its boundary. We are not FedRAMP certified today. The milestones below show where we are, and we update them at least every quarter.
Everything runs on infrastructure you choose: our managed cloud, your own cloud tenant, your data center, or a fully air gapped environment. Air gapped deployments keep full feature parity, including archive, in app Office editing, native plugins, and the mobile and desktop apps. AI inference can run on your own GPU hardware with no cloud round trip, proven across a 250TB sovereign deployment.

October 2026, in progress. Our self hosted AI model connection brings every model inside the boundary, with no external AI services.

November 2026, in progress. Listing request to FedRAMP with our public offering information.

First quarter 2027, planned. ioMoVo for Government deployed on Azure Government, with shared or dedicated tenancy for each agency.

First quarter 2027, planned. Every required FedRAMP Key Security Indicator implemented with automated validation, and a FedRAMP Recognized assessor selected.

Second quarter 2027, planned. Independent assessment completed and the Class B certification application submitted to FedRAMP.
Agencies and enterprise customers can request our SOC 2 Type II report and supporting security materials. Our security team reviews each request and replies by email.
Not yet. ioMoVo for Government is pursuing FedRAMP 20x Class B, and our milestones are published on this page. We will not describe ioMoVo as FedRAMP certified until FedRAMP issues that certification.
Every AI capability, including tagging, transcription, translation, facial recognition and generative summaries, runs on self hosted models inside the ioMoVo for Government boundary. Agency content is never sent to external AI services and never trains models outside the agency's tenant.
ioMoVo holds a SOC 2 Type II report with a clean opinion for the period ended August 31, 2026, covering Security, Availability and Confidentiality. SOC 2 is an independent attestation rather than a certification. Qualified organizations can request the report through our request form.
Yes. Beyond ioMoVo for Government, ioMoVo runs in your own cloud tenant, in your data center, or fully air gapped, with AI inference on your own GPU hardware and no cloud round trip. Those deployments are covered by your own authorization rather than by ioMoVo's FedRAMP certification.
Role based access and granular permissions apply across the platform, and permissions are checked on every request. User and system activity is logged and can be exported for monitoring.
Use our SOC 2 report request form or email fedramp@iomovo.io. Our security team reviews each request and replies by email.
These are the public facts FedRAMP asks every provider to share. They will also be published in machine readable form for FedRAMP and agency tools, and will carry our FedRAMP ID once it is assigned.
